1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ELITEBUNDLES, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ELITEBUNDLES provides a marketplace for purchasing mobile data bundles from various telecommunications networks in Ghana. Services include instant delivery of MTN Up2U, Telecel Surf, and AT iShare bundles.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed via Mobile Money. Due to the nature of digital goods (data bundles), all sales are final once delivered. Refunds are not provided for data sent to a wrong phone number provided by the user. If a transaction fails to deliver due to a system error, a full refund or re-delivery will be provided after investigation.
5. Delivery Policy
Data bundles are typically delivered instantly (within 10-60 seconds) after payment confirmation. However, delivery times may be affected by network congestion or service provider downtime, which are beyond our control.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using ELITEBUNDLES for any illegal purpose, attempting to circumvent our security measures, or using automated scripts to interact with the platform without prior authorization.
7. Reseller Program
Resellers are independent entities and are responsible for managing their own customers. ELITEBUNDLES provides the platform and wholesale data but is not responsible for any disputes between resellers and their end-users.
8. Modifications to Service
ELITEBUNDLES reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service, including pricing and bundle availability, at any time without prior notice.
